Hello there! Thank you for your interest in career coaching with Radhika Bhatt. As a serial career changer myself, I’m well aware of what it takes to transition into new roles or new industries. With an 8+ year career in social impact, I started out designing technologies for good, and moved into partnership building, community development, and innovation strategy, working with government agencies, Fortune500 companies, startups, nonprofits, universities, and more. I graduated from the Terra.do Learning for Action Fellowship, which gave me the knowledge I needed to help people pivot into the climate and sustainability industries. In my two years of coaching, I’ve coached over 250 people through General Assembly and Terra.do, helping career changers shift their career into technology, climate, and social impact.
As a coach and guide, I can work with you from start to finish on your climate journey: identify your goals, explore the landscape, define your skills, find interesting roles, grow your network, land a role, start a venture, build confidence, and take action. My coaching strategies use human-centered design, emergent strategy, multisolving, empathetic storytelling, and co-active coaching principles to help you define, navigate, and pursue a more intentional career to bring balance to your life. Outside of coaching, I am engaged in regenerative agriculture and food justice work in Richmond, Virginia, and I’m in the process of creating a project that combines environmental justice, music, and dance.

"The future will be sculpted, that is, by the elemental friendships and alliances that we choose to sustain us, by our full-bodied capacity for earthly compassion and dark wonder, by our ability to listen, attentive and at ease, within the forest of our unknowing."
